KiddoPalette is designed for a parent, guardian, or other adult to operate. We do not require a child account, and our launch products do not require a child photo.
What the public preview stores
The coloring studio may save a drawing draft and the product bag in the browser on the device being used. Those preview drafts are not uploaded to KiddoPalette. A grown-up can clear them through the browser or by resetting the page.
Information an order may require
When ordering is enabled, we may collect the adult buyer’s email and only the personalization needed to make the selected product, such as a child’s first name, pronoun preference, reading band, illustrated avatar choice, interests, or dedication. We do not ask for a school, exact birth date, home address for a digital-only product, or a child account.
How information is used
- Verify and fulfill an adult buyer’s order.
- Create, review, correct, and privately deliver personalized files.
- Provide support, prevent fraud, and keep required financial records.
- Respond to an adult’s access or deletion request.
Submitted personalization is not used to train an AI model or create advertising audiences without separate, explicit adult consent.
Service providers
KiddoPalette uses Cloudflare for site hosting and security. When checkout opens, payment information will be handled on Stripe’s hosted checkout and card numbers will not pass through KiddoPalette. An email delivery provider may send private order links. Providers receive only the information needed for their service.
Children and advertising
The service is directed to adults buying or preparing activities for children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly. We do not use behavioural advertising trackers inside the child-facing creative playground.
Retention and deletion
Our launch policy is to delete personalization source data no later than 30 days after final delivery and private rendered files no later than 90 days after final delivery, unless an open correction, fraud investigation, legal obligation, or verified adult request requires a different period. Minimal transaction and audit records may be retained where legally required without retaining the child-facing creative details.
Security
Private order files use time-limited access. Personalization is designed to be encrypted separately from ordinary order records, with owner access restricted and logged. No internet service can promise absolute security, so ordering will stay closed until the production controls pass testing.
Your choices
An adult buyer can ask what information is associated with an order, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to verify the requester using the adult buyer email or private order access details.
