Ordering is currently disabled, so no payment can be taken through this website today. This policy explains the launch approach once secure checkout opens.
Before production begins
A made-to-order purchase can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before personalization or production work begins.
After production begins
Because personalized files are created for one buyer, a change-of-mind refund may not be available after production begins. We will still correct our own spelling, layout, file, or fulfilment error and will honour any non-waivable consumer rights.
Proof approval
If a proof is included, the adult buyer should check names, dedication text, avatar choices, and page content carefully. An error visible in an approved proof may require a paid revision, while an error introduced after approval will be corrected without charge.
Instant digital downloads
For a non-personalized instant download, refunds are generally unavailable after the file has been accessed, except where the file is defective, materially different from its description, duplicated, or a refund is required by law.
Technical problems
If a file is corrupt, incomplete, inaccessible, or does not match the purchased format, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will first provide a corrected file or new private link; if we cannot provide the promised product, we will refund the affected item.
Duplicate and unauthorized charges
Verified duplicate charges will be refunded. For a charge you do not recognize, contact us promptly and also protect the payment account through the payment provider or card issuer.
How to request help
Email support@kiddopalette.com with the adult buyer email, order number, a short description, and—if relevant—a screenshot that does not reveal payment-card details. We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days.
