Terms of Use

These terms apply to the KiddoPalette website, creative previews, and digital products. The public studio is currently a preview; placing and paying for orders remains disabled until the launch checks are complete.

Adult-operated service

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and must operate personalization on behalf of a child. A child should not create an account, submit contact details, or make a purchase.

Previews and product descriptions

Preview artwork, planned prices, page counts, formats, and release timing may change before a product is approved for sale. A product becomes orderable only when the site clearly presents an enabled checkout control and the server confirms its current version and price.

Personalization

You are responsible for checking spelling and for providing only information you are authorized to use. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or sensitive content. KiddoPalette may decline content that is unsafe, outside the product’s supported options, or unsuitable for a children’s product.

Proofs and delivery

Made-to-order products may include a proof step. The adult buyer is responsible for reviewing the proof within the stated period. Final files are delivered through private, time-limited access. Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, current products are digital files and no physical item is shipped.

Personal-use licence

After full payment, the adult buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and use the purchased files for personal and household use. Files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to a sharing library, used as a template for competing products, or used commercially without written permission.

KiddoPalette intellectual property

The site, original characters, product artwork, layouts, text, and branding remain owned by KiddoPalette or its licensors. Personalization does not transfer ownership of the underlying product design.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access another buyer’s order, bypass download limits, scrape private content, or use the service to distribute malware. We may pause a product or the service to protect customers, correct a defect, or complete required reviews.

Problems and responsibility

We aim to provide files that match the approved description and proof. Display colours, home printers, paper, paint, and third-party print services can vary. To the extent allowed by applicable law, KiddoPalette is not responsible for indirect losses or for problems caused by unsupported edits, incorrect customer-provided details, or third-party printing choices. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms as products and fulfilment change. The date above shows the current public version. Material changes will apply to future use and orders, not retroactively remove rights already provided by applicable law.
